Lotus is born from the union of two people with the same dream. Two different roads and experiences through time that led them to the conviction that individuals and organizations can be transformed to build new outcomes. The dream is to make this possible.
Rocío’s experience spans across a wide variety of roles and different organizational areas. Within this diverse path, what remained constant was the proof that the results and processes are only strengthened when the focus relies on leadership, people and teams at work.
Ariel has been on a path of constant growth leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing departments, where the achievement of outstanding results through the successful integration of high performing teams left a mark wherever he worked.
